Confirmation & Payment:

1. All booking fees are non refundable with the exclusion of ‘stylist led cancellations’ or ‘stylist led rescheduling’.

2. Your deposit will be deducted from your total, and remaining balance is due following service completion in Cash or Zelle.

3. Address and confirmation will be sent the day prior to your scheduled appointment!

Service requirements & add-ons:

4. Same-day service additions to any service are not permitted, and must be confirmed at time of booking.

5. You will need:

• 3 bundles for 18’’ and up

• 2 bundles for 16’’ and under

6. If you’re looking to get color, hair must be dropped off at salon no later than 4 business days prior to your appointment. Salon business days: Tuesday-Saturday. Message (312) 350 -9471 for drop-off instructions.

7. Bundles must be COMPLETELY DRIED (not dampened) prior to appointment start time. Any In-house drying of weave incurs $15 upcharge.

8. If you are re-using previously installed hair, it MUST be cleaned, free of oils, residues, and completely dried. Any in-house cleaning of hair will incur a $15/bundle upcharge, $5/bundle drying fee, and $15+ comb-out fee.

9. Please remember to come alone for all appointments, and no children(unless being serviced) are allowed. No exceptions.
